Tangent Telecom is a small company. As such, everyone within the company has to know, trust and rely on everyone else. There is no room for people who cannot 'cut the mustard' - we require people who can perform and deliver - on time, every time.
We demand a lot from our people and we expect to get it. But we are aware that this is a two way street and are not afraid to reward and celebrate individual and group success - and have a flexible attitude towards employment options, package, work time and conditions - as long as the goals we set ourselves are met. In our first year of operation, we considerably over-achieved all of our business targets and continue to do so. Our year on year growth expectations for this year are in excess of 100%.
Our clients include some very large, very blue-chip, very multi-national companies. We have active call/contact centre customers in the Banking, Financial Services, IT, Telecoms and Travel industries, as well as suppliers in to these areas.
