Tangent Telecom and Simitel ink European distributor agreement

Tangent Telecom Ltd., the Cambridge based contact solutions specialist, and Simitel S de RL de CV, the voice experts in Latin America, today signed an agreement giving Tangent Telecom European distribution rights to Simitel’s full range of contact automation products and services. |

Commenting on the deal, Sr. Marcus Dantus, CEO of Simitel said, “The deal with Tangent Telecom allows Simitel to enter the European stage with an established, high quality partner, already active within the contact solutions space. The opportunity for Simitel cannot be overstated.” |

Mr. Duncan Henry, Director of Tangent Telecom, added, “The tie up with Simitel gives Tangent Telecom access to a range of high quality products and services at extremely competitive ‘offshore’ pricing. With this distributorship, Tangent Telecom’s offering in the contact automation space becomes even more compelling.” |

Simitel products covered by the deal include Si-VOX, an open-standards based interactive voice response (IVR) and speech recognition platform; and Si-ACD, a call routing and customer contact management system. |
