Tangent Telecom, the Cambridge based automated contact solutions specialist and Agathos Solutions, Singapore’s leading e-self service provider, are delighted to announce the signing of a definitive agreement granting Tangent Telecom European distribution rights to Agathos Solutions’ full range of FlexAnswer natural language automated question-answering products. |
